Oxbow Market Tour: 10 Tue Apr 2012

Cooking with Julie. We meet at Oxbow Public Market to purchase our provisions; visit a winery and then back to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class + lunch. Endive, pickled onion with smoked salmon salad with crème fraîche dressing; bavette with black pepper sauce; +chocolate truffle tart.
