Date: Wild Leeks: An Edible Delicacy (Late Apr./May) Wednesday and Saturday 12-3pm.
Studio Prices: $55.00 per person for a 3 hour class. Includes meal, recipes, nutritional powerpoint presentation. Gift certificates are available.
Join Tricia, a registered holistic nutritionist, for a hike to harvest wild leeks and then return to her kitchen to prepare a light meal incorporating the health benefits of this native plant. Tricia's cooking classes feature local ingredients and address health issues and how they relate to food. Classes are 3 hours in length and include nutritional presentation, recipes, cooking demonstrations and lunch. Gift certificates are also available.
