We meet at Napa's farmers market to purchase our provisions, then a private tasting and then back to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class. Homemade Ricotta Crostini, Rotisserie Chicken with Grilled Caesar Salad, and Pear Clafouti with Star Anise.
