Explore delights from premier local artisan chocolatier, Woodhouse Chocolate, paired with both red and white Robert Mondavi Winery wines. We will journey through history, from the unique drink of Montezuma to modern day Switzerland’s renowned milk chocolate blends. We will examine sweet versus bitter, dark cocoa versus light milk chocolate and terroir-driven earthy versus fruity flavors. Advance reservations required, limited to 10 guests.
