- Pan-Pacific Festival: Parade
09 Sun Jun 2013
From 5:00pm - 7:00pm, colorful performers, drummers, dancers, high school marching bands and ethnic cultural groups from around the world will all march down Kalakaua Avenue.
Do not miss the highlight: the return of the Noto Kiriko! In Japan, huge Shinto-style lantern floats call Kiriko are carried around at local festivals during the summer and autumn seasons. These lanterns are used to guard the front and back of the parade at night.
