Come celebrate New Year's in downtown Barrie! The City of Barrie is pleased to present the 14th annual Downtown Countdown, the largest New Year's Eve Celebration in Central Ontario. Ring in 2013 with a free evening of fun activities and entertainment for the whole family, including horse-drawn wagon rides, skating, face painting.
