The resort offers 2,800 square feet of flexible meeting space:

We offer three diverse meeting spaces including our Kokopelli Room, Apache Room and Prescott Boardroom.  All meeting space is wired with Wayport High Speed Internet Access (surcharge).

• Kokopelli, the largest indoor meeting room, offers 1,200 square feet of flexible meeting space. The space may be arranged as classroom seating for 45 people, theatre seating for 70, or banquet style for 40. It encompasses an existing buffet counter, refrigerator for refreshments and stationary registration desk. Plus, it offers natural light and the ability to open up onto an outdoor terrace.
• The Prescott Boardroom provides a preset executive-style boardroom table and comfortable chairs for 12, with an adjoining kitchen, private restroom, natural light and outdoor patio.
• The Apache Room offers 838 square feet of space located in one of the guestroom buildings. Complete with a kitchen, private restroom, natural light and outdoor patio, this room perfectly suits groups of 15, dependent on seating style.
