1. TO ENTER: To be automatically entered to this Sweepstakes, Contestant must book and stay at the Legacy Golf Resort using our special “10 year anniversary” rate code between September 9, 2009 to December 20, 2009. Alternatively, entrants may enter the sweepstakes by mailing a 3X5 inch postcard with the information required by the entry form to the address below. All information on the entry must be complete to be eligible. Offering express written permission for future contacts via telephone is voluntary and not a requirement of this contest. All entries must be received by the end of this promotion on December 20, 2009 to participate in the prize drawing. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries, or for address changes of entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. One entry per reservation. One entry per household per year.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the contest and qualify to win a prize, Contestant must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States and must book and stay at the Legacy Golf Resort using our special “10 year anniversary rate code” during the contest period. Employees or independent contractors of Sponsor, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, managers, members, employees, agents, advertising/promotional agencies of Sponsor or its affiliates or subsidiaries, as well as members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible. All ten prizes are guaranteed to be given away from the valid bookings/entries/submissions after a random drawing to be conducted by the Sponsor at the address listed below on or about December 28, 2009.

3. PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: Prize: There will be a total of ten (10) Prizes awarded, consisting of one (1) 7-Night accommodations at any Shell Vacations Club property valid for one year for up to (4) people in a studio or one-bedroom unit. This prize is subject to availability to Shell Vacations Hospitality, LLC through retail rate codes and has an approximate retail value of $ 2,100.00; one (1) 7-Night accommodations at any Group RCI Affliated resort valid for one year for up to (4) people in a studio or one-bedroom unit. During holidays & periods of high demand, availability will be limited. Certificate is valid until December 2010. If traveler cancels a confirmed request less than 21 days from the travel date, the award prize will be void with no compensation to winner. This prize is subject to availability through RCI at the host Resort and some restrictions apply and has an approximate retail value of $ 2,100.00; one (1) $100.00 American Express gift card; one (1) 8” Kodak easy share M820 digital frame valued at $99.00; one (1) 8gb Ipod Nano valued at $150.00; one (1) Kodak 8mp digital camera (or equivalent); one Milano Expandable EVA 3 pc Luggage Set or equivalent valued at $100.00. Set includes 1 large rolling upright, 1 medium rolling upright and 1 rolling carry on; one (1) golf bag courtesy of the Legacy Golf Resort valued at $125.00; one (1) Tom Tom 130 GPS Device valued at $150.00 and one (1) SpaFinder (www.SpaFinder.com) gift card valued at $100.00.SpaFinder gift certificates have no expiration date. All SpaFinder transactions are processed in US dollars ($/USD) and all gift certificates are issued in US dollars. When redeeming a SpaFinder gift Certificate outside the US, the spa will convert the value into the currency of their respective country. It will buy a service of equivalent value. Accommodations are subject to availability. Resort-specific blackout dates apply. Prize does not include transportation of any kind including airfare or flight reservations or hotel taxes and resort fees. Winner is solely responsible for their own travel expenses (including transportation to and from resort), parking and any incidental or other expenses not explicitly described herein as being included in the Prize (e.g., food, beverages, Internet access and entertainment). The number of eligible entries received will determine the actual odds of winning. Maximum odds of winning are approximately 1:100,000. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Purchases do not increase odds of winning. Winners agree that their name and/or photographs may be used in future marketing or advertising promotions. Following a drawing, Sponsor will send to prize Winner an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release form, which Winner must execute and return to Sponsor within fourteen days of its sending in order to collect the prize. Prize will be delivered to the address specified by the winning entrant within fourteen (14) days of the receipt by Sponsor of the Winner’s Release. In the event the Winner does not return the Release within the required time, a new winner will be selected in the same manner set forth above. Prize is not transferable or assignable. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, including federal, state and local, applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize. Prizewinner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-Misc declaring the retail value of the prize awarded.

4. GENERAL: Winner must complete travel accommodations of any winning prize within one (1) year of prize acceptance. Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply. Additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are held at the address listed below. Entry in the sweepstakes constitutes Contestant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules. Entries may be used for promotional purposes. Entries may be electronically databased. Contestants need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone or certified mail. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5. WINNERS LIST: For a list of Winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, postmarked by January 15, 2010, and to be received by January 30, 2010, to Sponsor at its principal place of business listed below. Said list will not disclose any personally identifiable non-public information about winners.
