***As the Ilikai complex continues to attract the very best in retailers and food/beverage operators on the island, we can anticipate sporadic noise brought about by the moving-in of these entities. Noise-producing work generated on the premises is limited to the daylight hours, from 9:00 a.m.
Periodic night road work occurs on Ala Moana Blvd. in the immediate vicinity of the resort as the city prepares to install electrical cables underground. The work occurs Sunday thru Thursday from 6PM to 6AM. Project end date: June, 2012. Work schedules are subject to change without notice.
Painting of the building exterior is currently in progress. Work crews may be accessing unit balconies between the hours of 8:00am–4:00pm M-F to clean, prime, and paint. Balcony floor work will result in limited access and the removal of furniture. The painting schedule is subject to weather conditions; unit-specific dates will be available on-site as the work progresses.
