Extended Stay Rate
When you stay 30 nights or longer you get all the comforts of home and resort style amenities at deeply discounted rates. Weekly full cleanings, daily trash service, refreshing pool & spa onsite, state of the art workout facility, immaculate grounds and friendly service by a staff ready to assist with your needs including faxing and copying. You will also have complimentary cable TV, a DVD player and WiFi in your suite! Your rate also includes a 20% discount at our food & beverage and golf facilities. We also have meeting rooms and banquet facilities onsite.
Restrictions:A minimum stay of 30 consecutive nights is required, early departures resulting in stays of less than 30 consecutive nights will not be permitted. After 30 consecutive nights stayed, the tax rate will be reduced from 13.27% to 2.3% and prorated back to first night of stay; current tax rates at time of stay will apply.
