MOKU O KEAWE KAPA FESTIVAL

Free, at Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanic Garden. There will be no Garden admission fee during the festival. Many experts in the art of kapa making will demonstrate their skills, including tool and dye making, and bamboo stamp creation.
