From menu design and decorations to special meeting/dining layout, and audiovisual needs, your event will be crafted to all of your wishes in this breathtaking private space on the 7th floor. For smaller business meetings or gatherings, our newly created room Balboa Room is a 500 square foot room featuring modern meeting amenities. This space is best for smaller, more focused gatherings and provides a perfect space for the needs of 5-30 people.

Picnic in the Park Meeting Package
Have your next meeting in beautiful Balboa Park. Meeting package includes: AM/PM Breaks in one of our meeting spaces and a delicious boxed lunch along with a blanket to eat it on directly across the street from the Inn at the Park in Balboa Park.
Box lunches includes choice of Gourmet Individual Sandwiches or Wraps, fresh whole fruit and a bag of chips, house-made potato salad, a dill pickle spear, chilled can of soda or bottled water, napkins and disposable ware.
Cost per person is $35.00 per person, plus 7.75% CA State Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge.
Meeting space is complimentary with 10 or more guest rooms per night.
The Balboa Room
Located on Level B, this newly created room is a 500 square foot room featuring modern meeting amenities. This space is best for smaller, more focused gatherings. The Balboa Room can seat up to 30 guests in a variety of seating arrangements tailored to each event. Refreshments and meals can be crafted to suit any gathering by our creative in-house catering team.
The Private 525 Space
Located on Level B, features 700 square feet of flexible meeting space, for meeting or private dining. Accomplish your meeting goals with our creative in house conference services department, which can develop a catering program just right for what you’re looking to do. And at the end of the day, retire to the adjacent 525 Restaurant for a well-earned cocktail reception!
