THIS PROMOTION IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, EXCEPT FOR RESIDENTS OF NY, FL, RI & PR, AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA. TOUR PARTICIPATION NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. TO ENTER: Beginning May 27, 2009, the parent or legal guardian (who must be age 18 or older) ("Parent") of entrant child ("Contestant") must complete the official entry form and return the entry form and Contestant's original completed drawing, sketch or painting ("Artwork") to the front desk of the participating Shell Vacations Family Friendly Resort at which your family is staying, or complete the official online entry form and upload a digital photograph of Contestant's Artwork at http://www.shellhospitality.com/familyfun/ and click the check box acknowledging that Parent has read and agreed to the Official Rules. For on-site artwork submissions, drawing paper and crayons will be supplied at the front desk (paint or other art supplies will not be provided). All information on the entry form (including, but not limited to, Contestant's age) must be complete to be eligible. The subject of Contestant's Artwork shall be the Contestant's personal vacation experience with Shell Vacations. All valid entries must be received by September 30, 2009. For entries made online, photos or scanned images of Artwork must be submitted electronically in .jpeg/.jpg format (high resolution). No mechanically or other form of reproduced entries allowed. SVC Hospitality, LLC. ("Sponsor") is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries, or for address changes of Contestants. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate to the contest and qualify for a prize, Contestant must be between 3 and 17 years of age and a legal resident of the United States (except for residents of NY, FL, RI and PR). Employees or independent contractors of Sponsor, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, managers, members, employees, agents, advertising/promotional agencies of Sponsor or its affiliates or subsidiaries, as well as members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible. All prizes are guaranteed to be given away from the valid entries/submissions after a series of judgings and random drawings to be conducted by the Sponsor at the address listed below on or about October 1, 2009.

3. PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: Prize: There will be a total of three (3) Grand Prizes awarded, each Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Nintendo DS Lite dual-screen handheld game console. One (1) Grand Prize will be award to one (1) prizewinner following separate Grand Prize judgings for each of these three (3) Contestant age groups: 3-9 years old, 10-13 years old and 14-17 years old. Winners will be judged (in the Sponsor's sole judgment and discretion) based on quality, creativity and the use of Shell Vacations resorts in Contestants' Artwork. Each age category will be judged separately by a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor, and all judges' decisions will be final. There will be a total of one (1) 1st Runner-Up Prize, consisting of two (2) nights accommodations at a participating Shell Vacations Club Family Friendly Resort. Hotel/Sales taxes and resort fee are included. Transportation to and from resort, parking and incidentals (including, but not limited to, food, beverages, Internet access and entertainment) are not included in prize. Prizewinners must be accompanied by their respective Parents during their stay at the resort (i.e. the accommodations won in the contest). There will be a total of one (1) 2nd Runner-Up Prize, consisting of $50.00 Target Gift Card. The winners of the 1st and 2nd Runner-Up prizes will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. All submitted Artwork may be used for advertising and promotion purposed by Sponsor without further consent, compensation, or approval from/to Contestant or Parent. Grand Prize winners (or winner's Parent) will be required to submit winners' original artwork online in .jpeg/,jpg format (must be no larger than 11" x 17"). The number of eligible entries received will determine the actual odds of winning. Maximum odds of winning are approximately 1:100,000. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Purchases do not increase odds of winning. Winner agrees that their name and/or photographs may be used in future marketing or advertising promotions. For children under thirteen (13), such consent will only be to the extent allowed by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (www.coppa.org) and as otherwise allowed by law. Following a drawing, Sponsor will contact prizewinner's Parent by telephone and provide to said Parent an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release form, which Parent must execute on winner's behalf and return to Sponsor in order for winning Contestant's Parent to collect the prize on Contestant's behalf. Prize will be delivered to the winning Contestant's Parent upon receipt by Sponsor of the winner affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release (no prizes will be awarded directly to winning Contestants). In the event the winning Contestant's Parent does not return the affidavit of eligibility/liability within fourteen (14) days of a respective prize drawing, a new winner will be selected in the same manner set forth above. Prize is not transferable or assignable. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Prizewinner's Parent is solely responsible for all taxes, including federal, state and local, applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize. Prizewinners' Parent will be issued a 1099 tax form for the retail value of the prize.

4. GENERAL: Approximate retail value are as follows: Grand Prize $150 Runner-Up Prize $400-$XXX (depending on resort and season). 2nd Runner-up Prize $50.00. Prizes are held at the address listed below. Entry in the sweepstakes constitutes Contestant's and Parent's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules. Entries may be used for promotional purposes, and Parents hereby give their respective permission to be contacted by phone or mail for this or other promotions by Contestants entering the Sweepstakes. All legal responsibilities under the Official Rules of a prizewinner who is under 13 years of age will be assumed by such child's Parent, in whose name the prize will be awarded for the benefit of the child. Entries may be electronically databased. Contestants and Parents agree that the Sponsor, its affiliated or subsidiary companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, managers, members, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prize or any other matter related to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, claims based on property damage, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights defamation or invasion of privacy. Contestants need not be present to win. Prizewinner's Parent will be notified by telephone or certified mail. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5. SUBMISSIONS: When you submit an entry, do not submit entries that: Contain copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind without the express permission of the owner of that material; Contain vulgar, profane, abusive, racist or hateful language or expressions, epithets or slurs, text or illustrations in poor taste, inflammatory attacks of a personal, racial or religious nature; Are defamatory, threatening, disparaging, grossly inflammatory, false, misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross exaggeration or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual or community; Violate any right of Shell, its affiliates or subsidiaries, or any third party; Discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law; Violate or inappropriately encourages the violation of any municipal, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance; Advertise, promote or offer to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose; Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; or Disrupt, interfere with, or otherwise harm or violates the security of Shellvacationshospitality.com, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through Shellvacationshospitality.com or affiliated or linked sites. By submitting an entry, I certify that I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Sweepstakes Rules and Submissions Rules, and (2) I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and the parent or legal guardian of Contestant.

6. WINNERS LIST: For a list containing the name of prize winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope, postmarked by October 15, 2009 and to be received by October 30, 2009 to Sponsor at its principal place of business listed below. Said list will not disclose any personally identifiable non-public information about winners.
