A2R - Accessible Doubles Roll-In
740 sq ft with one king or two double beds and a double sleeper sofa. Living area features an entertainment system with a large color TV, DVD and FM stereo. The kitchen area has a small refrigerator and sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and table settings for four. A patio door leads to the patio or balcony area. A large whirlpool tub highlights the spacious bathroom, which also has a glass enclosed shower, double sink vanity, hair dryer, small TV, and wall safe. Wireless High Speed Internet available in rooms (complimentary).
- Doorways entry, bedroom & shower entrance measure 35", Bathroom Pocket door 34.5" and patio door 32.5".
- There are two double beds with an end clearance of 29” and 32” between the beds.
- The clearance for the bathroom sink (in inches) 28.3h x 35w x 13.5d.
- Bathroom vanity 28.3h x 35w x 13.5d.
- The clearance for the kitchen sink (in inches) 28h.
- Wall switches are between 38-48” from the floor.
- This unit has a roll-in shower with a built in seat at 24” and grab bars at 33” from the floor. There is also a garden jetted tub which is 22”h x 25”d x 61”w and does not have grab bars.
- The toilet sits 18" high with two grab bars at 33” from the floor. There is an 18” clearance on the left side and 10” on the right.
- Standard guest phones jacks are provided and TTY kit is available upon request.
- Unit is equipped with fire alert strobe light & horn.
- All handles (door, sink, shower) are “turn” style.
